2. 使用範圍（wéi）：
該產品廣（guǎng）泛應用（yòng）與核（hé）電站（zhàn），地鐵車站，電話交（jiāo）換機及計算機控製中心，高層建築（zhù）大樓，醫（yī）院，
賓館，大型圖書館，地鐵，地下商場，廣播（bō）電視台（tái），軍事基地，石油（yóu）平台以及人員比較集中，
空氣密度較低時的（de）場所。
The product is widely used in nuclear power plants, subway stations,telephones exchanges and
computer control centers, high-rise buildings, hospitals, hotels, large libraries, subways,
underground shopping malls, radio stations, important civil facilities and oil platforms, etc., as
well as more crowded places with low air density.
3. 阻燃，耐火電線電纜的特性和選（xuǎn）用
Characteristics and selection of flame-retardant fire-resistant wire and cable
1, 阻燃（rán）電纜（lǎn）：flame-retardant wire and cable
阻燃電纜是指：在規（guī）定（dìng）試驗條件下，試樣被燃（rán）燒，在撤去試驗火源後，火焰的（de）蔓延僅（jǐn）在限定
的（de）範圍內，殘焰或殘灼在限定時間內能自行熄滅的（de）電線電纜。他的根本特質是：在火災的情
況下有可能被燒壞而不能運行，但可以阻止火（huǒ）勢的（de）蔓延。
Flame-retardant wires and cables means that under the specified test conditions, the sample us
burned, after the test fire source is moved, the flame is spread only within the limited range, and
the residual flame or wire self-extinguishes within a limited time. Its fundamental characteristic is
that it may be burnt out in the event of a fire and cannot operate, but it can prevent the spread
of fire.
阻燃電纜的（de）分類（lèi）
其中含鹵阻燃電線電纜的絕緣層，護套，外護層，和輔助材料（liào）（包帶及填充）全部或部分采
用含鹵的聚乙烯（xī）（PVC）阻燃材料，因而具有良（liáng）好的阻燃特（tè）性。
The insulating layer, the sheath, the outer sheath and auxiliary material (wrapping tape and
filling ) of the halogen-containing flame-retardant wire and cable wholly or partially made of
halogen-containing PVC flame-retardant material, thus having good flame-retardant properties.
而（ér）無鹵低煙阻燃電線電纜的絕緣層，護套，外護層以及輔助材料（包帶及填充）全部或部分
采用不（bú）含鹵（lǔ）的交聯聚乙（yǐ）烯（XLPE）阻燃材料，不僅具有良好的阻燃特性，而且在電線電纜（lǎn）燃
燒時沒有（yǒu）鹵酸氣體放出，電線電（diàn）纜。和含鹵阻燃電（diàn）纜相比， 無鹵低煙阻（zǔ）燃電纜有低腐蝕，
低煙的優點，但電性能及機械性能（néng）明顯降（jiàng）低（dī），所以在進行電纜（lǎn）敷設時，無鹵低煙阻燃（rán）電線電
纜應較含鹵阻燃電線電纜有更（gèng）大的彎曲半徑（jìng）。
The halogen-free cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) flame-retardant material is used in all or part
of the insulation layer, sheath, outer sheath and auxiliary rib material (wrapping tape and filling)
of halogen-free low-smoke XLPE flame-retardant wire and cable, so such wire and cable not only
have better flame-retardant properties, but also no halogen acid gas is emitted when the wire
and cable are burning, with small amount of smoke. Compared with halogen-containing
flame-retardant wire, halogen-free low smoke flame-retardant wire and cable have the
advantage of low corrosion and low smoke, but the electrical and mechanical properties are
reduced, so when the wire and cable are laid, halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant wire and
cable should have a larger bending radius than halogen-containing flame-retardant wire and
cable.
2, 耐火電線電（diàn）纜（lǎn）： fire-resistant wire and cable series
耐火電纜是（shì）指：在規定實驗條件下，試樣在火焰中被燃燒，在一定時間內仍保持正常運行的
性能。
Fire-resistant wire and cable mean that: under the specified test conditions, the sample still can
maintain normal operation for a certain period of time when burning .
耐火電纜的（de）結構與普通電纜基本相同（tóng），不同之處在於耐火電纜在導體和絕（jué）緣之間增加耐火層，
耐火層由多層（céng）雲母帶繞包而成。
The structure of the fire-resistant wire and cable is basically the same as that of the ordinary wire
and cable. The differences is that a refractory layer is added between the conductor and the
insulating layer, the refractory layer is wrapped by a multi-layer mic tape.

A 類耐火電線電纜能夠在 950℃-1000℃的火焰中和額定電壓下耐受燃燒至少 90 分鍾，而電
線電纜不被擊穿（chuān）。
Class A fire-resistant wire and cable can withstand combustion for at least 90 minutes in
950℃-1000℃ flame and under the rated voltage, without breakdown in wire and cable.
B 類耐火電線電纜能夠（gòu）在 750℃-800℃的火焰中和額定電壓下耐受燃燒至少 90 分鍾，而電線
電纜不被擊穿。
Class B fire-resistant wire and cable can withstand combustion for at least 90 minutes in
750℃-800℃ flame and under the rated voltage, without breakdown in wire and cable.
以（yǐ）上表格中（zhōng）所包含（hán）的無（wú）鹵（lǔ）低煙低毒環保型電纜都具有阻燃，低煙， 無鹵，低毒，不含（hán）鉛，
鎘等有（yǒu）害重金屬及無磷等特點，在火（huǒ）災時對環境造（zào）成的危害小（xiǎo），符合人對生態及保護環境（jìng）的
要求，是綠色（sè）環保型產品。
The halogen-free, low-smoke, environment-friendly wire and cable included in the above table
have no cadmium and other harmful heavy metals and phosphorus, and have little harm to the
environment during a fire. Therefore, it is an environmental product that can meet people’s
requirement for ecological and environmental protection.
